By accessing or using SchedQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
SchedQ provides appointment scheduling and queue management services for businesses. Our platform allows businesses to manage bookings, integrate with video conferencing tools, and streamline customer appointments.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Third-Party Integrations
SchedQ integrates with third-party services such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
6. Subscription and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
The SchedQ service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by SchedQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
SchedQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
