- What notification channels are supported?
- SchedQ sends booking confirmations, reminders, and updates via email and SMS. Email is available on all paid plans. SMS is available on the Professional (PH) plan and works through integrated SMS providers. You control which notifications go out and when.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you get instant access to new features. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. There are no penalties or long-term commitments.
- What payment methods do you accept for subscriptions?
