- How do I connect my Zoom account?
- Navigate to your Company Settings > Video Conferencing, then click 'Connect' next to Zoom. You'll be redirected to Zoom to authorize the connection.
- How do customers join video meetings?
- When a booking is confirmed, customers receive an email with the meeting link. They can also find the meeting details on their booking confirmation page.
- Can I disconnect my video conferencing account?
- Yes, you can disconnect at any time from Company Settings > Video Conferencing. Click 'Disconnect' next to the connected platform.
- What happens if meeting creation fails?
- If automatic meeting creation fails, the booking is still created successfully. You can manually add meeting details to the appointment afterward.
- How do I upgrade my subscription?
- Go to Dashboard > Subscription & Billing to view available plans and upgrade your subscription.
